welcome note thoughtful touches slow process excessive wait

The room had many thoughtful touches I appreciated them. A welcome note and chocolates were in the room I found this very pleasant.

The check-in process was slow this was a bit frustrating. I waited maybe 20 minutes for my turn I found this excessive.

welcome drink sleeping masks thoughtful turndown

i found a good welcome drink upon arrival. foot and hand cream was during turndown service, i thought that was a caring detail.

The elevators were quite slow. I experienced some waiting during peak times.

the hotel is near a commercial area and a major department store. a bus stop with many routes is conveniently located just 100 meters away. route 31 provides direct access to patacona beach.

The breakfast buffet includes a nice selection with fresh options. coffee and tea service is available with orders taken by staff. the rooftop bar provides a great spot for evening cocktails. It is well-stocked and very stylish.

Stylish Stay in the City

modern decor friendly staff luxurious furniture rooftop bar

The hotel featured modern decor throughout! The staff was friendly and efficient, and they provided excellent service. My room included many thoughtful touches, the furniture felt cozy, luxurious, and fully equipped. The rooftop bar was nice. Breakfast also was excellent with a wide array of choices.

The elevators were quite slow. Long waits occurred at busier times.

Our room was spacious. It was nice and neat with a lot of nice touches. Cozy, luxury furniture equipped each room. This included every convenience for a comfortable experience. The rooms contribute to a nice and pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city on foot! Taxis to and from the beach and marina are easily accessible. The central setting enabled convenient access to numerous attractions, I found this to be ideal.

The breakfast offered a good experience with a wide selection. The food was fresh and tasty. The banker's bar offered lovely, unusual cocktails. These were beautifully presented and flavorful. It was a great way to start or end the day.

some issues

slow check-in process used coffee capsule

the room was very clean. that was definitely appreciated.

The check-in process was slow. I waited about 20 minutes. the manager apologized but did not actively assist with check-ins to speed things up. there was also a used coffee capsule in the coffee machine, which i found the next morning.
